Grants Manager
Guardian Grant Advisors is actively seeking innovative, motivated, and talented Grants Managers to join our team of experts. The ideal candidates will be able to showcase their technical expertise in the Public Assistance arena and work closely with the Public Assistance staff to ensure quality product delivery to our client.
Daily responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Developing sub-grant applications, cost summaries and supporting documentation.
Supporting upload of application and supporting documentation to FEMA Grants Portal.
Development of progress reports, requests for information/documents, or other written communication as directed by DPM/PM.
Organizing and maintaining necessary documentation from client.
Assisting in preparation of project files for audits and review.
Preparing sub-grant documentation for closeout.
In this role, candidates should have
Minimum of 3 years or relevant experience that includes 1 year of experience management/administration of federal grant funding for disaster recovery under the Stafford Act for sub-recipient or sub-grantee.
Education: Bachelor's Degree; four additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.
